NZ delivery
Delivery is free and tracked on every order. We deliver to every region of New Zealand, including regional and rural addresses.
Dispatch and timings
We aim to dispatch orders within one to two working days. Including that handling time, most orders arrive within 5 to 10 working days from the date you place the order, using a tracked courier. Remote and some regional addresses can take a few days longer.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it to your door. See Track Your Parcel for help.
